Michelle received her Bachelor’s of Psychology from Brigham Young University and her Master’s of Social Work from Utah State University. Michelle is passionate about working from a client-centered and goal focused approach. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, managing chronic mental illness,  chronic pain, relationship difficulties, divorce, parenting issues, disordered eating, women’s issues (including postpartum depression and anxiety and finding identity during motherhood), individuals whose spouse’s struggle with addiction, trauma and PTSD recovery, life transition difficulties, grief and loss (including miscarriage and infant loss).

Michelle is eager to help you reach your goals and find a sense of calm in your life again.
